Our most popular class focuses on the fundamentals of spin and is geared towards road cyclists; however, you do not need to be a road cyclist to take this class. The focus is on proper technique and form. We build strength, speed, and power through intervals and hill climbs in a supportive, fun environment. Our motto is “make it a doable struggle!” We welcome all fitness levels: Riders can adjust their speed and tension to fit their individual needs.
