The perfect class for riders - 45 minutes of intervals and hill climbing followed by 30 minutes of cyclist specific stretching. If you’re like us, you intend to stretch, but you don’t always gets to it. Come ride and stretch with us - stay limber and lithe so you move well on and off the bike.
