Come join us on November 2nd for free Pole Dance Mini Workshops. These 20 minute introductory workshops will start with a short performance by Sue Sima. You will then have the opportunity to try out some beginner pole and dance moves in a supportive, fun environment. No experience needed!

The workshops are inclusive and suitable for all levels of fitness.

Bring a friend if you'd like, or just bring yourself. You'll be surprised by how much strength you already have!

To participate, we recommend the following:
Clothing: shorts (as short as possible for thigh contact on the pole), vest top or sports bra (for armpit/arm grip)
Jewelry: please do not wear hard accessories—this can damage the pole.
Avoid oils/lotion before class—this may cause slipping on the pole.
