A strength and conditioning total body functional fitness workout incorporating weights, body weight exercises (push ups, squats, lunges, dead lifts, rotational movements), speed, agility, and mobility with active recovery in between sets. Come sweat with us and build your strength and speed. Maximum 4 people.
