In this class, we will emphasize the two-way conversation we have with our bodies when we move through yoga asana and other lengthening, strengthening, and mobilizing postures.
The way we move on the mat can influence all the ways we move off the mat.
We can learn to talk and listen to our bodies here, while we practice it out there.
All levels, all bodies welcome.
Passes accepted: Drop-in, 5, 10, and 20-class passes, and student passes. Monthly Unlimited memberships are not accepted for this class.
