Introducing a new series - Girls Lift Lab, open to female identifying youth ages 14 to 20 years old! Join us for a 4 session series where you will learn how to bench, squat and deadlift with free weights and barbells.
Work with Kate and Kasie! Kate is a personal trainer who grew up playing ice hockey in Richmond and played DI ice hockey for five years. She is now in her first year of med school at UBC. Kasie is a group fitness and spin instructor. She is an avid runner and has completed two marathons. Kasie is also passionate about nutrition and is beginning her Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics at UBC this fall.
