This class is designed to help moms rebuild strength while keeping their little ones close! Enjoy a supportive and welcoming environment where you can safely move, lift, and connect with other moms. Exercises focus on core and full-body strength. Babies can be in a carrier, on a mat beside you, or join in for some fun interaction.
