Cardio and strength & conditioning in one class. We start with 30 minutes of spin for aerobic conditioning followed by 30 minutes of building muscle - arms, legs, and core. The best of both worlds in 60 minutes, and for a good cause. Class by donation with all funds going to KidSport Richmond. So all kids can play.
