Step into the world of pole fitness with our Intro to Pole class, perfect for beginners! This class starts with a dynamic warm-up to get your body ready, focusing on flexibility, strength, and mobility. You'll then move onto the pole, where you'll learn foundational moves like basic spins, grips, and holds. Our supportive environment ensures that you can progress at your own pace, building confidence as you discover the fun and empowering aspects of pole fitness. No experience necessary—just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to find your flow!

What to Wear:
        Clothing: We recommend wearing shorts (as short as possible for thigh grip) and a vest top or sports bra (for armpit and arm grip). That being said, please wear what makes you feel most at ease while ensuring you can move safely and freely.

        Jewelry/Accessories: Please do not wear any hard jewelry or accessories as they may damage the pole.

Before Class:
        Avoid Moisturizer/Oils: Please avoid applying moisturizer or oils to your skin at least 4 hours before the class. Lotions and oils may cause slipping on the pole.
