Each session begins with a guided meditation, followed by insights from Lorraine to support you on your journey towards living a mindful life. You'll learn to live more fully in the present moment and reap the benefits that come with this practice.
We’ll have yoga mats and blankets available but, feel free to bring your own if you prefer. If you have a meditation cushion, backjack floor chair, or yoga block you like to use, you’re welcome to bring that as well.
